TTK becomes a member of the CODATU association

Through its membership of this association, founded in 1980, TTK supports a more sustainable and inclusive mobility throughout the world.

TTK is more particularly involved in the CODATU Business Club. Its objective is to create a place for exchange and sharing of strategic information between professionals of the sector and on the areas of intervention and activities that CODATU carries out there. Development banks and local authorities are regularly invited to attend. Operators, vehicle manufacturers, design and engineering firms as well as start-ups compose this network, thus enabling a global approach to the issues raised by CODATU. Through its participation within CODATU, TTK keeps up to date on the challenges of urban mobility at a global level and can adapt to the specific needs of cities. It also brings TTK closer to international development opportunities, especially in the Global South.

CODATU is a Non-Governmental Organisation under French law, created in 1980 in Dakar during the World Conference on Urban Transport. Its vocation is to promote sustainable urban mobility in the cities of the South. CODATU contributes to the capacity building of decision makers and transport actors in Southern countries, by proposing cooperation between cities, exchanges of experiences (scientific, technical, economic …).
This membership follows TTK's participation in a mentoring mission between the municipality of Misano Adriatico (Italy) and the municipality of Sfax (Tunisia) on the topic of active modes, carried out as part of the Interreg MED program in 2022. CODATU supervised this experience-sharing program. TTK decided to continue the partnership by joining the association in April of this year to support CODATU's vision and collective action.
