As part of the funded ‘harzbewegt’ project, we developed an approach to reactivating and improving the city bus service in collaboration with the local authorities and the transport company HVB.
On the one hand, the focus was on improving the comprehensibility of the service (e.g. identical routes, timetable adjustments) and, on the other, on optimising connections between all districts and with the railway station, even if local politicians unfortunately did not follow our proposals 100%.
As a result, however, we can be proud of a more attractive local transport system in Quedlinburg, at least for the remaining term of the project funding (until the end of 2025).
